Professionalization and institutionalism give way to hobbysm. The esteemed craftsman, decorated with a black suit and tie or other fancy dress, educated at Harvard, Caltech, Stanford and ALU seated in a glass tower on the top floor were replaced with the teenage hacker, genius, and a narcist in one.
Wait, wait this isn't about hackers and geeks. It's about finance in Tech [FinTech].
Speaking of Finance, Finance is serious business, right?
Of course, since it determines people’s livelihoods! Access to bank accounts can determine the trajectory of a person’s financial health and the health of an entire economy.
Money is important, stately, and should be respected.
